Microsoft Azure Active Directory
Single Sign On
Compliance and Security Control
Multi Form Factor Authentication
Microsoft Exchange Online gives you complete control over your business e-mails, it includes full synchronisation of your E-mails, Calendar, Contacts, Notes and Tasks.
All users in your organisation can have access to a 1TB OneDrive account, on top of this, SharePoint has an additional 1TB of storage that can be used to store shared data while having complete control over which users have access to which data.
Azure Active Directory can work alone or in tandem with an onsite server. It allows you to take control of your business devices and ensure that no unauthorised users can gain access to any corporate data. It also means that your users and devices are centrally managed in one place. You can also protect mobile devices and remotely erase or lock them in the event of a loss or theft.
Single Sign on ensures that you can easily control all of your users from one place. Your users can log into their device linked to your onsite server and be authenticated with their OneDrive, SharePoint, e-mails and Microsoft Office software, all without needing to know multiple different passwords. It also allows you to ensure that access can be revoked from one place without needing to search through everything to find out what access was given.
Microsoft 365 includes multiple security measures to ensure that your data is protected from loss, theft and viruses. All SharePoint data is protected by version control, e-mail data has retention on deletion, meaning that an accidental deletion no longer means complete loss. You can also track any e-mail traffic in and out of your organisation to ensure that no emails are going missing in transit.
Multi form factor authentication protects your organisations accounts from unauthorised users and hackers. When logging in, conventionally you would need a username and password. Now you can use your mobile device to add an extra layer of security to your account, meaning that if someone had gained access to your password, they wouldn’t be able to log in without your mobile device, making everything more secure.
